Houston, Texas is the Oil capital of the USA and has over 3 million citizens living in the greater houston area! Located in South East Texas approximately 1 hour from the gulf coast (Galveston Island). Houston is a wonderful place to live! The
market is still very active in the current economy of 2008-2009, however it is a buyer’s market. It’s an excellent time to buy with the Interest rates at all time lows (5.5-5.8%) if you can get approved for a loan.
